Privacy Policy
By accepting the Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure
of your personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy is incorporated
into and subject to the terms of the Site Use Terms and Conditions.
- Information We Collect.
- Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth,
efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features
that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience
easier. In general, you can browse our site without telling us who you are or revealing
any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information,

well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights,
fraud and other rights. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information
about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion,
believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud,
intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose

Industry System Association reserves the right (and you authorize Steel Industry
System Association) to communicate any information about you (including, but not
limited to your policy violations, ended items, and item status) to other users
and law enforcement as we in our sole discretion determine necessary or appropriate
to maintain a level of trust and safety in our community and to enforce our Steel
Industry System Association Privacy Policy and any posted policies or rules applicable
to services you use through our site.
- Control of Your Password.
- You are responsible for all actions taken with your password, including fees. Therefore
we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third parties. If you
choose to share your password or your information with third parties to provide
you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with your password
and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy. If you lose control
of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable
information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.

- Reviewing and Changing Your Personally Identifiable Information.
- We offer you the ability to automatically review and change the information you
submit to us by logging into the site and entering in the new information yourself.
Generally, we will not modify your information based on your request because it
is very difficult to authenticate your account manually. You can change your email
address, contact information and user preferences by going the registration section.
You must promptly update your information if it changes. Upon your request, we will
deactivate your account, contact information, billing information from our active
